The lowest priced was a 2 bedroom, 2 bath home with 1,388 square feet priced at $315,000.  The highest priced was a 6 bedroom, 6 +1/2 bath and  home with 8,107 square feet priced at $2,650,000.  The “average” home that sold was a 4 bedroom, 4 bath home with 3,055 square feet with a sold price of $220.97 a square foot.
